A production deploy you want signed off in writing before it ships. Hotfixes don't count — those are covered by the nightly. Major versions do.
No. Every plan includes setup. You get one 30-minute kickoff and a follow-up review in week two. No hidden onboarding fee.
Anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. No annual lock-in unless you ask for one (we'll discount it 15%).
Nightly runs run nightly — including weekends. Escalations get sent whenever they happen. Email/Slack response: weekdays for STUDIO, 7 days/week for FOUNDRY.
